Our Policies

Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure that all of our clients have an enjoyable and valuable experience during their wedding dance lessons. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us immediately. Refunds for unused lessons will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that once a lesson has been completed, it is non-refundable.

Referral Program:

We value referrals and offer a special discount or bonus for each client you refer to us. For every new client that books and completes a package, you will receive a complimentary lesson. Thank you for spreading the word and helping us grow!

Lesson Expiration:

All purchased lessons must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. After this time, any unused lessons will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. We encourage clients to schedule lessons promptly to ensure availability and progress.

Adding Lessons:

If you find that you need additional lessons to perfect your dance, you are welcome to add on lessons at any time. Additional lessons can be purchased at the current rate and are subject to the same expiration terms as your initial package.

Cancellation Policy:

Life happens, and we understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours will result in the loss of that lesson, which will not be refunded or rescheduled.
