💕 What to Expect:

Expect to learn some empowering confidence-building strengthening exercises and techniques, as well as a fun dance routine and a stretching regimen. No experience necessary!

This class is designed to build your confidence from the inside out through warmups, stretching, and body movement. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and supported by a community of women cheering you on every step of the way.

This class is based off of attainable dance movement curated from a variety of dance knowledge from Modern/Contemporary, Ballet, Ballroom to Broadway and Burlesque dance styles.
